The roads will be closed the speed skaters,the advanced skaters will be there and the party is on after! Area 3 opens (the park) at 6 am the start is 7 am to end 9 am with Charo Chicken after then we will have an auction for charity with cool items, 110 wheels, bearings, back packs, lap top bags starbucks coffee, Trader Joes goodie bags, California skating Calenders (a photo calender made by skaters for skaters and about skaters! 12 months of photos from Napa, Los Alamitos (Race on the Base) Silver Strand (San Diego) and Parkinson's and oh yes trophies for the top over all skaters and medals for the age cats all that for the bargain price of $45 are you ready to race? the roads are closed and races are getting fewer and fewer! This is a 8 lap race =13.84 mile race.*the course length is a mile 1.73 (Half Marathon) Parkinson's Open Road Race at EL Dorado Park "Parkinson's" as the locals call it! ** Saturday race numbers may be picked up at EL Dorado Park!! and pre reg for the race the next day so all of those skaters Please be at the race site Sunday by 6 am. Oct.3, 2010 Skaters the registration must be completed by 6:40 am we have to start the race by 7 am, with pre registration makes for a smoother run event, as well as a quicker day of reg. bib # distribution.
