Los Alamitos CA, Race on the Base 2010 in the rain! (A great start of race photo by Paula Daniels) When we came around the first courner we were all greated but this huge puddle big enough to sink up to the tops of our boots (ankle deep water) there was a videograpgher there who must have thought, the first turn woiuld be a great place to take pics and viedo with sound, Well all he got about a 100 times over where skaters like myself upon seeing the huge puddle and knowing that we had to skate through it (thus leaving us with wet boots for the rest of the race) he heard over and over "Oh sh*t!!! LOL well that is racing! The videograpgher should have been at the other turns directing skaters like myself in the corect way to go!
